• Some residents participate in light stretching, chair yoga, or take a stroll on our walking path through our landscaped grounds to energize for the day.

Midday: Engagement & Support

• Mid-morning, small group activities begin. Recently, we hosted an “Art with HeART” session where residents painted terracotta pots and planted wildflower seeds.

• For those who prefer outings, transportation is provided for local excursions or errands.

• At lunchtime, residents return for a freshly prepared chef-crafted meal and catching up with friends.

• After lunch, many residents choose to rest or enjoy quiet time in their apartments or common lounges.

Afternoon: More Activities & Personal Care
